Colleen McAdory, AKA "Ms.Mac" (Director) is the center of the S*T*A*G*E universe. Her sheer will and dedication to the theater and the fine arts makes S*T*A*G*E quite the force in the WJ community. She organizes the Fall Show, Winter One Acts, Spring Musical. One hint: do not email her with inquiries about the next show. She does NOT take kindly to such questions. Also, don't ask her to do shows like Rent or Cats. Bad idea.

Jonathan Bos (Producer) has only been producer for a few seasons so far, but jumped into the community with quite a splash and is seen as a rock in the middle of the raging rapids of the production. He is also an english teacher, and will hopefully enjoy my use of figurative language.

James P. Mulhern III (Technical Director) had worked as a professional theater technician in many different positions (Carpenter, Rigger, Stage Manager, Technical Director, Production Manager, etc.)  Working in DC, New York, and all over the country. After coming off the road in 2010 looking for his next path he found W. J. Stage and came on as an Assistant Technical Director while still working in professional theater at The Atlas Performing Arts Center and Arena Stage. But much as the theater bug once bite him, so did the education bug brought on by working with the students and staff of W. J. Stage. In 2014 he left the world of professional theater to join the ranks of MCPS fulltime as the Media Services Technician. He has found his true calling now teaching technical theater and stagecraft to the students of W. J. Stage.

Kelly Butler (Music Director) received her Bachelors in Music Education from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN.  After working a number of years with other Montgomery County schools, she is very excited to be working with WJ STAGE.  She will make your voices sound amazing!

Andrea Morris (Conductor) In addition to conducting the Pit Orchestra, Ms. Morris teaches Piano, Guitar, and Band at WJ, as well as sponsors the Pep Band and Drumline, Live@WJ, and a smattering of other musical clubs. The spring musical is always a high point of her school year - she has enjoyed every moment of her S*T*A*G*E career so far, so here’s to many more!
